General Terms
- Wren Music does not post tickets they are held on the door of the venue and you pick them up from there
- Online sales will finish up to 3 days before the event to allow us to process tickets
- Tickets may not be reserved without payment if online sales have ceased please contact Wren to ask about reservations
- Online payment is for full price tickets only. If you are in receipt of means tested benefit AT TIME OF BOOKING you may bring proof and Wren will refund the difference
- Credit cards through pay-pal only we are unable to accept cards in any other way
Wren Music has the right to
- Make any amendments or alterations to the advertised programme or performers as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances
- Refuse entry due to threatening behaviour
Refunds
- A 50% refund may be given up to 30 days before the date of the FIRST EVENT
- No refunds will be given after this point
- No refunds will be given for cancellation due to bad weather
- No refunds will be given for lost tickets
- Lost tickets will be replaced at management discretion
Ticket Exchange
- If you are unable to attend you may sell your ticket or transfer it to another person
- You may hold you ticket for the next year you may have to pay a small charge for this if prices go up
Late Entry
- You may be asked to wait for a suitable time to enter if you are late for a performance
- Late entry to a workshop is at the discretion of the workshop leader
Recording
- Recording of concerts and performances is forbidden
- Workshops may be recorded with consent from workshop leader
